ExpenseFlowy is built to function entirely on-device, meaning that user data remains under the full control of the user at all times.

ExpenseFlowy does not collect personal data in the traditional sense, such as sending information to remote servers or third-party services.
However, users may voluntarily input data into the application, including but not limited to:
income and expense records
transaction categories
custom labels and notes
budgeting preferences
subscription tracking details
This information is considered user-provided content and is used solely to enable the functionality of ExpenseFlowy.
At no point is this data transmitted outside the device.
3. Data Storage and Processing
All data entered into ExpenseFlowy is:
stored locally on the user’s device
processed locally within the app environment
managed using Apple’s native storage systems
ExpenseFlowy does not maintain or operate any remote servers or databases for storing user data.
No synchronization or remote backup system is provided by ExpenseFlowy.
The developer has no technical ability to access, retrieve, or view user data stored within the app.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own device backups (e.g., via Apple iCloud backups if enabled on their device).
4. Data Transmission
ExpenseFlowy does not transmit any user data over the internet.
Specifically:
no data is sent to external APIs
no user data is uploaded to cloud services
no background data transfer occurs
All operations occur entirely within the device.
5. Third-Party Services and Tracking
ExpenseFlowy does not integrate with any third-party services that collect, analyze, or process user data.
This includes:
no analytics services (e.g., Firebase Analytics)
no crash reporting tools
no advertising SDKs
no tracking frameworks
ExpenseFlowy does not perform any form of user tracking.
6. Data Sharing
ExpenseFlowy does not share, sell, rent, or transfer any user data to third parties.
Since all data remains on the user’s device, there is no mechanism for data sharing by the developer.
7. Permissions
ExpenseFlowy may request limited system permissions to support core functionality:
Notifications
Used to provide reminders related to financial activities such as:
upcoming subscriptions
recurring expenses
user-defined alerts
These notifications are generated locally on the device.
ExpenseFlowy does not access sensitive permissions such as:
location
contacts
photos
microphone
camera
8. Data Retention and Deletion
All data remains stored on the device until:
the user deletes specific entries within the app
the user deletes the application
Deleting ExpenseFlowy may result in permanent loss of all stored data unless backed up through the device’s system-level backup mechanisms.

ExpenseFlowy relies on Apple’s platform-level security features to protect user data, including:
device-level encryption
secure app sandboxing
operating system protections
No additional external security layers are required as data does not leave the device.
